فدریکا موگرینی مسئول سیاست خارجی اتحادیه اروپا روز جمعه بار دیگر تاکید کرد که این اتحادیه اروپا مصمم به حفظ توافق هسته ای با ایران است و رایزنی های در هفته آینده با وزیران خارجه ایران و سه کشور اروپایی پیگیری خواهد شد.

به گزارش «انتخاب»، موگرینی در کنفرانس وضعیت اتحاد اروپا در فلورانس ایتالیا با طعنه ای آشکار به سیاست های دولت آمریکا گفت: حال و هوای این دوره و زمانه مبنی بر جیغ و داد ، نابود کردن و از هم گسیختن امور است اما این راه حل مشکلات نیست.

به نوشته ایرنا، وی افزود: ما نیازمند عقلانیت و گفت و گو هستیم. هیچ کشوری آن اندازه بزرگ یا قوی نیست که به تنهایی با جهان مواجه شود.

موگرینی در خصوص توافق هسته ای با ایران ضمن تاکید بر اینکه این توافق نتیجه داده و موفقیت آمیز بوده است، گفت: اتحادیه اروپا مصمم به حفظ برجام است و من ترتیبی داده ام که هفته آینده با وزیران امور خارجه سه کشور فرانسه ، آلمان و انگلیس دیدار کنم و متعاقب آن نیز با وزیر امور خارجه ایران دیدار خواهیم کرد.

وی افزود: وضعیت امروز جهان وضعیت هرج و مرج و گسترش بحران است و به نظر می رسد که رویارویی بر عقلانیت غلبه یافته است اما درست در زمانی که اوضاع بخوبی پیش نمی رود، عقلانیت ، آرامش ، احترام و گفتگو برای جلوگیری از بدترین سناریو ها و گسترش مناقشه ها به شدت مورد نیاز هستند و لازم است توافق هایی که موفق بوده و نتیجه داده اند را حفظ کنیم ؛ کاری که ما قصد داریم درباره توافق هسته ای با ایران انجام دهیم و آن را حفظ کنیم.

موگرینی تصریح کرد: هیچ کشوری نمی تواند بطور یکجانبه و به تنهایی توافق هسته ای با ایران را نابود کند زیرا این توافقی دوجانبه نیست بلکه یکی از میراث های جهان است .

موگرینی پیش از این نیز سه شنبه بلافاصله پس از سخنرانی دونالد ترامپ رئیس جمهوری آمریکا برای اعلام خروج یکجانبه این کشور از برجام گفت: همانطور که همواره گفته ایم توافق هسته ای یک توافق دوجانبه نیست و در دست هیچ کشوری نیست که بطور یکجانبه به آن پایان بدهد. این توافق به تائید شورای امنیت سازمان ملل رسیده و مولفه ای کلیدی از ساختار منع اشاعه هسته ای جهانی است و برای امنیت منطقه ، اروپا و کل جهان حیاتی است.

موگرینی تاکید کرد: تا زمانی که ایران به اجرای تعهدات خود در برجام ادامه دهد چنانکه تا کنون انجام داده است ، اتحادیه اروپا نیز به ادامه اجرای کامل و موثر توافق هسته ای متعهد خواهد ماند . وی تاکید کرد: برداشتن تحریم های مرتبط با هسته ای بخش مهمی از توافق هسته ای است و اتحادیه اروپا بارها تاکید کرده است که برداشتن تحریم ها نه تنها تاثیر مثبتی بر روابط تجاری و اقتصادی با ایران دارد بلکه مزایای مهمی مردم ایران دارد. اتحادیه اروپا بطور کامل به ادامه اجرای این مساله متعهد است.

روز چهارشنبه نیز اتحادیه اروپا در بیانیه ای ضمن تاکید بر لزوم حفظ برجام اعلام کرد تا زمانی که ایران به اجرای تعهدات هسته ای خود ادامه دهد، این اتحادیه به ادامه اجرای کامل و موثر توافق هسته ای از جمله در خصوص ادامه لغو تحریم ها متعهد می ماند.

رئیس جمهوری آمریکا سه شنبه گذشته و با وجود مخالفت های جهانی با هر گونه تصمیم یکجانبه، از توافق هسته ای ایران و 1+5 خارج شد. به دنبال این اقدام یکجانبه و غیر قانونی، مقامات و دیپلمات های شرکای برجام دور تازه ای از رایزنیها برای حفظ این توافق را آغاز کرده اند.

The chief of the UN has called for an immediate halt to “all hostile acts” in the Middle East, a day after Israeli forces bombed Iranian military targets inside Syria.

Antonio Guterres, the UN secretary-general, asked for the halt to avoid “a new conflagration” in the region following the most extensive military exchange between Israel and Iran.

Iranian senior cleric Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami said during Friday prayers that Western pressure will backfire, threatening that Israel will pay the price.

"The holy system of Islamic Republic will step up its missile capabilities day by day so that Israel, this occupying regime, will become sleepless and the nightmare will constantly haunt it that if it does anything foolish, we will raze Tel Aviv and Haifa to the ground," the hardline cleric said. The worshippers chanted: "Death to America," and "Death to Israel".

Israel said the strikes were retaliation for an Iranian rocket barrage on its positions in the occupied Golan Heights. It was the most serious military confrontation between the two bitter rivals to date and risks direct clashes which could swiftly escalate.

It comes as Hamas' leader in the Gaza Strip hinted at the possibility thousands of Palestinians could breach the border fence with Israel during mass protests this week.

A Palestinian has been killed and hundreds more have been wounded amid fresh violence at the final Friday protest in six weeks of demonstrations at Gaza's border with Israel.

Israeli soldiers fired live bullets and tear gas as activists across the frontier fences burned tyres and threw stones.

The clashes broke out days before weeks of protests, aimed at ending a decade-old blockade of Gaza, culminate in a planned mass march expected to involve tens of thousands of people.



At least 146 protesters were wounded by live fire, seven of them critically, including a 16-year-old boy who was shot in the head, Gaza health officials said. Dozens more were overcome by tear gas.

It comes after Save the Children said more than 250 children had been shot by the Israeli army during the six previous Friday demonstrations.

Forty-four Palestinian protestors have been killed and more than 2,000 wounded by Israeli army fire since the weekly protests led by Gaza's ruling group Hamas began in late March.

Israel has faced international condemnation over its response to the demonstrations, but says it has the right to defend its borders. It insisted its gunmen only targeted the "main instigators" of violence and protesters who approach the border fences.

There are fears of further casualties after the leader of Hamas in the Gaza strip hinted that thousands of Palestinians could breach the border fence at Monday's march.

Comparing the enclave’s people to a “starving tiger”, Yahya Sinwar said: “What’s the problem if hundreds of thousands storm this fence which is not a border of a state? What’s the problem with that?“

Israel has warned it will prevent any border breach during the protests, which are part of a campaign to break the blockade imposed by Israel and Egypt after the Islamic militant Hamas took control of Gaza in 2007.

The six weeks of demonstrations will come to and end with a large-scale protest planned for Tuesday, when Palestinians mark their "nakba," or catastrophe, referring to their mass uprooting during the Middle-Eastern war over Israel's 1948 creation. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were driven out or fled homes in what is now Israel, and more than two-thirds of current Gaza residents are descendants of refugees.

On Friday, thousands of protesters gathered in five tent camps set up weeks ago, each several hundred metres from the border. From there, smaller groups moved closer to the border fence.

One man was shot dead while protesting east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, said medics.
Israeli soldiers fired live rounds and volleys of tear gas. Witnesses said Israeli forces on the other side of the fence had added reinforcements, including cement slabs, as protective cover. In recent weeks, soldiers have fired from behind sand berms.

More than 500 children have been injured during the border protests, more than half of them wounded by live bullets, according to Save the Children's analysis of data from the Palestinian health ministry.
Four children have been killed, including 14-year-old Mohammad Ayyoub, whose shooting prompted condemnation and demands for an investigation from the United Nations (UN) and European Union.
Children wounded by Israeli gunfire include a 16-year-old track athlete whose leg was amputated after being shot, Save the Children said.
"We are deeply concerned by the high number of children who have been hit by live ammunition and we agree with the High Commissioner for Human Rights that this could suggest an excessive use of force and may amount to unlawful killing and maiming,” said Jennifer Moorehead, the charity's director for occupied Palestine territory.
She added: "We support the UN secretary-general’s call for independent investigations to be carried out and any perpetrators to be held to account. We strongly urge all protests to remain peaceful, and call on all sides to tackle the long-term causes of this conflict and promote dignity and security for both Israelis and Palestinians.”
UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres has called for an "independent and transparent investigation" into the killings, while the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said a "staggering number" of injuries had been caused by live ammunition.
Israel accused Hamas of using children as human shields in the protests, which it claimed were a front for attacks.


Save the Children said its workers had seen children who had been repeatedly shot in the legs, arms and chest by Israeli forces. Victims also faced rapidly deteriorating conditions in hospitals, the charity warned.
“Gaza has been under an Israeli air, sea and land blockade for more than 10 years and has suffered three wars from which it has never fully recovered,” said Ms Moorehead.
Palestinian officials have announced that Egypt will open its border with Gaza for four days from Saturday. Egypt has kept the Rafah crossing point, Gaza's main gate to the outside world, closed most of the time since the Hamas takeover to reinforce Israel's blockade.
Egypt opens the crossing from time to time, mainly to allow people in special categories, including medical patients and Gaza residents studying abroad, to leave the territory or return.
The upcoming opening was framed as a humanitarian gesture ahead of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, which begins next week.

Right-wing British politician Nigel Farage has said he will start a petition to have Donald Trump nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, saying the award would lose legitimacy in the eyes of millions if the US president had a successful North Korean summit and subsequently did not receive it.

Mr Trump is among those who believes he deserves becoming a recipient of the Norwegian-based prize and has claimed such an opinion is widely shared.

Golan Heights (CNN)Israel claims it struck almost all of Iran's military capabilities in Syria after what it says was an Iranian missile attack on the Golan Heights.


In the most direct confrontation between Israel and Iran to date, the regional enemies exchanged fire for hourslate Wednesday.

The extended barrage of fire comes amid soaring tensions between Israel and Iran, rivals battling for regional influence, and less than two days after the United States withdrew from the deal to curb Iran's nuclear program.

In a YouTube statement Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Iran had "crossed a red line," and that Israel's action was appropriate.

Netanyahu spoke with British Prime Minister Theresa May on the phone on Thursday evening. According to a readout of the call from the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, the two spoke about "Iranian aggression, developments in the region, and the situation in Syria."

Netanyahu thanked May for condemning Iran and affirming Israel's right to defend itself.

"Whoever hits us will get hit seven times over. Whoever prepares themselves to attack us will be attacked first. That is what we have done and that is what we will continue doing," Netanyahu said.

According to the UK government's readout of the conversation, May called for "calm on all sides." The sentiment was echoed by the European Union, which released a statement urging "all regional actors to show restraint and avoid any escalation, which could further undermine regional stability."

Israel said more than 20 rockets were launched by Iranian forces in Syria in the direction of Israel late Wednesday, often criss-crossing in the clear night skies. A number of those rockets were intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome aerial defense system, resulting in bright and sudden explosions.

Israel retaliated with what appeared to be surface-to-surface missiles, and Syrian anti-aircraft batteries hosed the sky with fire in an effort to intercept them. Thunderclaps of Israeli artillery fire reverberated across the frontier between Syria and Israel, with the faint sound of impact echoing back moments later.



"Israel has hit almost all of Iran's infrastructure in Syria," Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said. "If it will rain in Israel, there will be a biblical flood on the other side."

He reiterated Israel's stance that this latest offensive was not an ongoing operation, adding: "I hope this chapter is over, and everyone understands the situation, and we won't have to spend nights in situation rooms."

Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus said Israel had successfully hit dozens of Iranian targets in Syria in what he described as "the largest operation against Iranian targets" in years.

Iran's leaders have not yet issued a response to the Israeli accusations or the military strikes, but if confirmed it would be the first time Iranian forces have fired rockets directly at Israeli forces.

All night, drones buzzed overhead, heard but not seen in the darkness.

Three people were killed and two others were injured by the Israeli missiles, the Syrian military said in a statement. The strikes also destroyed a radar station, ammunition depot and caused material damage to Syria's air defense, it said.

The Syrian military claimed that its air defense managed to intercept and destroy a "big part of the wave of Israeli missiles that targeted a number of our military positions."

Golan Heights explained

The Golan Heights is considered Israeli-occupied territory, taken from Syria in the 1967 Six-Day War. Israel officially annexed the Golan Heights in 1981 in a move never recognized by the international community.

United Nations Security Council Resolutions have demanded the return of the Golan Heights to Syria, but Israeli leaders have made it clear they have no intention of conceding the strategic position to Syria.




In a statement delivered early Thursday, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces pinned the blame for the rocket fire on the Quds Force, an elite division of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, which has forces in Syria and is often seen as the face of Iran's regional ambitions.

Conricus said the rockets, which were targeted at front-line Israeli military positions in the Golan Heights, were all either downed by aerial defense systems or fell short and landed in Syria.







On Wednesday night, state-run Sana TV, in southern Syria, carried reports that Israel had fired several missiles at the city of Baath in Quneitra, none of which resulted in casualties.

A short time later, Syrian state-run media reported that while dozens of "hostile" Israeli missiles had been intercepted in Syrian airspace, at least two others had hit an ammunition depot and destroyed a radar site.

The targets included rocket launchers, intelligence posts, military command posts, and weapons depots. No Israeli fighter jets were hit in the strikes, but Conricus said they came under heavy anti-aircraft fire. He added that "ground assets were also used to strike into Syria." The IDF released a map showing a list of targets it said it hit.

Russia, which like Iran has intervened in Syria's war on the side of the government, called for "restraint on all sides."

In a statement, the White House said: "The United States condemns the Iranian regime's provocative rocket attacks from Syria against Israeli citizens, and we strongly support Israel's right to act in self-defense."

"Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) bears full responsibility for the consequences of its reckless actions," the statement added.

High alert

Israel had been expecting an Iranian response for some time, following a series of military strikes in Syria that targeted Iranian positions. Syria and Iran blamed those strikes on Israel, and Iran's leaders vowed revenge.

One of the strikes occurred Tuesday night, only hours after President Donald Trump had withdrawn the United States from the Iran nuclear deal, sparking fears of further destabilization in the Middle East.

A US defense official told CNN that it was an Israeli military strike that hit suspected Iranian weapons near Damascus. Israel has not commented on the strike.

On Tuesday, the IDF went on high alert in anticipation of an Iranian response, in addition to calling up a limited number of reserve troops "on an as needed basis." Israel opened bomb shelters in the Golan Heights, but did not instruct people to enter the shelters.

On Wednesday morning, the IDF chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot, visited the Golan Heights to meet with military and civilian leaders on the IDF's assessment of the situation.

Israel says it has a series of "red lines" in Syria; among them, preventing Iran's military entrenchment in the country. Netanyahu reiterated that in his statement Thursday, calling on the international community to prevent Iran's Quds Force from basing in Syria. "We need to unite to dismember the arm of the evil that is spreading itself in every place," he said.

Netanyahu also said Israel's most recent strike was a message to the Assad regime.

He said Israel's "operations are against Iranian targets in Syria, but if the Syrian army will act against us, we will act against them."

"That is exactly what happened yesterday. [The] Syrian army fired ground-to-air missiles against, us so we hit them."

Putin had urged restraint

On Wednesday, Netanyahu met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Victory Day, which marks the 1945 defeat of Nazi Germany.

In a bilateral meeting after the celebrations, Netanyahu said that Israel has the "obligation and right to defend itself against Iranian aggression, from Syrian territory. They are trying to transfer forces and deadly weapons there with the explicit goal of attacking the State of Israel. Certainly, it is Israel's right to take such steps as necessary to defend itself against this aggression."

Putin welcomes Netanyahu ahead of the Victory Day military parade in Moscow on Wednesday.




Putin, as one of the few leaders who has good relations and significant influence with both Israel and Iran, urged restraint.

"The situation, unfortunately, is very acute. I want to hope that we will be able not only to discuss with you, but also to look for solutions that would soften the situation," said Putin.

Russia and Israel coordinate their actions within Syria for the purpose of deconfliction. According to Conricus, Israel notified Russia before carrying out the overnight strikes.

Russian and Iranian intervention in Syria's long-running civil war helped tilt the balance of power back toward Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
























In an interview with the Greek newspaper Kathimerini, Assad said fears of a third world war erupting in Syria were misplaced, despite escalating tensions.

Assad told the paper that "wise Russian leadership" would prevent such an event, describing the current conflict as "something more than a cold war, less than a full-blown war." He also took aim at the US, saying the Russians "know that the agenda of the deep state in the United States is to create a conflict."

Israel annexed the Golan Heights in 1981 after capturing it from Syria in the Six Day War in 1967. The international community has never recognized the annexation and regards the Golan Heights as Israeli-occupied territory.

(CNN)Malaysia's new Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said Friday that the country's head of state had agreed to pardon jailed politician Anwar Ibrahim, whose case has dominated Malaysian politics for years.


Anwar, once a leading light in the party that ruled Malaysia for decades, was jailed on sodomy charges in 2015, after a trial he says was politically motivated.

Mahathir had promised, if elected, to free Anwar and eventually hand power over to him.
At a news conference Friday, Mahathir said King Muhammad V had given his consent to a pardon. "It is going to be a full pardon, which of course means that he should not only be pardoned, he should be released immediately when he is pardoned," Mahathir told reporters, a day after being sworn in as Prime Minister. "After that he will be free to participate fully in politics."

Anwar remains imprisoned since the 2015 sodomy trial -- the second time he'd been jailed for the offense. He has long said the charges were an attempt to curb his political ascent.

Under current laws, Anwar's criminal record would bar him from political office for five years, but a royal pardon could pave the way for him to succeed Mahathir, who is 92.



Momentous vote

Mahathir was sworn in on Thursday night by the king, Malaysia's constitutional ruler, following a momentous vote in which scandal-plagued incumbent Najib Razak was soundly beaten at the polls by his former mentor.















Mahathir's victory upended six decades of control by the Barisan Nasional coalition, which he himself formerly headed as Malaysia's Prime Minister from 1981 until 2003.

Asked Thursday if he would pursue a corruption investigation into Najib, Mahathir said the former leader would be subject to the rule of law. The corruption scandal revolves around a state fund, known as the 1Malaysia Development Berhad, commonly known as 1MDB.

Addressing reporters Friday, Mahathir said his new government would reduce corruption to a minimum, state news agency Bernama reported. He also said the government was considering whether to look into the investigation into the 1MDB scandal carried out by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Bernama said.

Anwar's wife, Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, endorsed Mahathir and served as his deputy in the coalition to oust Najib. She was one of the dozens of opposition candidates elected Wednesday.

Anwar was expected to be released in June, after serving the bulk of the sentence.

Human-rights groups were highly critical when Anwar's conviction was upheld in 2015, calling it politically motivated -- a claim the government denied.







Longstanding rivalry

Mahathir and Anwar put aside a longstanding rivalry to fight together to defeat Najib and his United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party, which forms the largest constituent in the Barisan Nasional coalition.

Anwar was the heir apparent to then-Prime Minister Mahathir until 1998, when he was fired and charged with corruption and sodomy. He spent six years in prison after being convicted of corruption charges in 1999 and of sodomy charges involving his wife's former driver in 2000.

Malaysia's highest court overturned the sodomy conviction and ordered him released from prison in 2004. However, the corruption verdict was never lifted, barring him from running for political posts until 2008.

Investigators arrested Anwar again in July 2008 over allegations that he sodomized his former aide, Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

The arrest came four months after a loose coalition of opposition parties led by Anwar won 82 of 222 parliamentary seats in elections.

بانک مرکزی ابلاغ کرد

پرداخت سود بانکی به دستگاه‌های دولتی و غیردولتی ممنوع شد

گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، مدیرکل مقررات، مجوزهای بانکی و مبارزه با پولشویی اداره مطالعات و مقررات بانکی بانک مرکزی بخشنامه‌ای جهت اطلاع مدیران عامل بانک‌های دولتی، غیر دولتی، شرکت دولتی پست بانک، مؤسسات اعتباری غیر بانکی و بانک مشترک ایران- ونزوئلا ارسال کرد.

در این بخشنامه آمده است: بدین وسیله برخی از تکالیف شبکه بانکی کشور مقرر در قانون بودجه سال 1397 کل کشور به شرح زیر جهت استحضار و صدور دستور مقتضی اعلام می‌شود:

- جزء (1) ذیل بند (ح) تبصره (12)- دستگاه‌های مشمول ماده (29) قانون برنامه ششم توسعه و ماده (5) قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری مجاز به دریافت سود از حساب‌های بانکی (حساب جاری، پشتیبان، سپرده‌گذاری کوتاه‌مدت، بلندمدت) مفتوح در بانک‌های دولتی و غیر دولتی نیستند. در اجرای این حکم بانک‌های دولتی و غیر دولتی نیز مجاز به پرداخت سود به حساب دستگاه‌های اجرایی که فاقد قوانین و مقررات برای دریافت سود هستند، نمی‌باشند. بانک‌ها، شرکت‌های بیمه دولتی، سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار، صندوق‌ها، دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات پژوهشی و دستگاه‌های مأذون از مقام معظم رهبری و هر یک از دستگاه‌های اجرایی که در قوانین و مقررات و یا اساسنامه مجاز به دریافت سود می‌باشند، از شمول این حکم مستثنی هستند.

- بند (و) تبصره (16)- به منظور تشویق تولیدکنندگان و تسویه مطالبات بانک‌ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری چنانچه مشتریان بدهی معوق خود را که تا پایان سال 1396 سررسید شده باشد از تاریخ سررسید تا پایان شهریورماه 1397 تسویه نمایند. بانک‌ها و مؤسسات مالی و اعتباری مکلفند اصل و سود خود را مطابق قرارداد اولیه و بدون احتساب جریمه دریافت و تسویه نمایند.

- بند (الف) تبصره (20)- در اجرای بودجه‌ریزی مبتنی بر عملکرد تمامی دستگاه‌های اجرایی موضوع ماده (5) قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری از جمله بانک‌ها و شرکت‌های دولتی، مکلفند در سال 1397 نسبت به استقرار یا تکمیل سامانه (سیستم) حسابداری قیمت تمام شده اقدام نمایند.

خواهشمند است دستور فرمایید ضمن تمهید مقدمات اجرای موارد مطروحه، مراتب به قید تسریع و با لحاظ مفاد بخشنامه شماره 96.149153 مورخ 1396.5.16 به تمامی واحدهای ذی‌ربط آن بانک، مؤسسه اعتباری غیر بانکی ابلاغ شده و بر حسن اجرای آن نظارت دقیق به عمل آید.

فعالیت اقتصادی و کارمندی فرزندان ظریف، زنگنه و مشاوران روحانی در خارج کشور با تابعیت مضاعف


گزارش تحقیق و تفحص از مسئولان دوتابعیتی‌ و دارای «گرین کارت» در مجلس شورای اسلامی امروز (یکشنبه 23 اردیبهشت) در رسانه‌های مختلف منتشر شد که حاصل یک سال تلاش هیئت تحقیق و تفحص مجلس بوده و در نوبت صحن علنی مجلس قرار دارد و در روزهای آینده قرائت می‌شود.

در بخشی از این گزارش ذیل مبحث سوم "فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات افراد دارای تابعیت مضاعف" به حضور برخی افراد و فرزندانشان در خارج کشور اشاره شده و آمده است "اساتید غرب‌گرا در دانشگاه‌های کشور یا خود تبعه مقیم سایر کشورها خصوصاً کشورهای اروپایی بوده و یا فرزندان ایشان در این کشورها در حال تحصیل و یا مشغول کار هستند و ارتباط تنگاتنگی با دانشکده‌ها و اندیشکده‌های به ظاهر علمی خوب دارند."

ظریف در کنار اعضای خانواده و فرزندش که در خارج از کشور بسر می‌برد

در ادامه این گزارش به حضور فرزندان مسئولین در خارج از کشور و احتمال پیاده‌سازی اهداف دشمن در کشور توسط آنها تاکید و آمده است "اگر چه دستگاه‌های اجرایی کشور هیچ گونه اطلاعاتی از وضعیت تابعیت مضاعف فرزندان مسئولین نداده‌اند لیکن بررسی اخبار آشکار در میان رسانه‌ها، سوابق تحصیلی مسئولین و فرزندان آنها و نیز سابقه خدمت آنها در کشورهای خارجی قرائن و شواهد قابل اعتنایی را به دست می‌دهد که اثبات می‌نماید بسیاری از فرزندان مسئولین به دلایل متعدد نظیر تحصیل و تولد، تابعیت دیگر کشورها را اخذ نموده‌اند و یا تابعیت سایر کشورها بر آنان تحمیل شده است."

در بخشی از این گزارش به فرزندان برخی مسئولان اشاره شده است که "هم اکنون بدون ترک تابعیت آن کشورها مشغول فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و یا کارمندی در آن کشورها هستند. فرزندان مسئولین عالی رتبه‌ای، نظیر وزیر محترم امورخارجه، نفت و برخی از مشاوران و دستیاران رئیس جمهور تنها نمونه‌ای از این دست افراد هستند. بدیهی است لازم است تا تدابیری در خصوص این دسته از افراد به طور جدی اتخاذ گردد، به طوری که مقامات و اشخاص این چنین ملزم به اظهار دارابودن تابعیت و اقامت سایر کشورها شده و یا در صورت کسب تابعیت‌های سایر کشورها نسبت به ترک تابعیت دوم اقدام نمایند."

این گزارش که امروز منتشر شده شامل مباحث مختلف از جمله خلاءهای قوانین موجود در نحوه به کار گیری افراد دوتابعیتی و دارای مجوز اقامت در دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بررسی خلاءهای قانونی به کارگیری دارندگان تابعیت مضاعف در دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بررسی راهکارهای رفع خلاءهای قانونی به کارگیری دارندگان تابعیت مضاعف در دستگاه‌های اجرایی است.
